The Mediterranean diet has demonstrated worldwide that it is health-effective, which lead us to develop a series of Mediterranean dishes inspired by various regions. This Anatolia Med Bowl includes a bed of nutrient dense greens like kale and spinach, which pair wonderfully with organic, salty olives. Refreshing cucumbers are balanced with our very own vegan feta cheese and pickled red onions. Healthy macro-nutrients are delivered in the form of roasted seeds and our chili chickpeas mixed with whole grain quinoa.
