House Salad – Italian 

Featuring a bed of steamed kale, arugula and spinach. We paired these dark greens with chickpeas, carrots, and peppers to help lighten it up, as well, this salad is garnished with our signature vegan feta and new to market pickled shallots! This salad features  our seared pea protein as well as chickpeas for added protein, flavour and textures.

Why we made this

Combating food waste is important. We created a house series of salads to utilize our fresh and favourite produce with incredible sauces.
