Featuring locally grown sweet potatoes, carrots, kale, cabbage and tomatoes and tied together using flavours of Japan with an MCT carrot miso ginger dressing, our signature tamari maple almonds and sesame crusted pea curls!

This salad can be eaten cold or heated up! Be sure to tosu (Japanese for ‘toss’) this salad to see all the colours it has to offer.
