Santa Fe Poke
With the success of our BBQ poke, we decided to keep the train rolling in North America with this Mexican inspired poke dish. This dish features our signature fermented brown sushi rice paired with seared pea protein, black beans, corn, steamed kale and bell peppers. These ingredients are all tied together with a creamy avocado lime aioli. This dish is garnished with our signature vegan goat cheese and new in house toasted tortilla chips.
Why we made this
Inspired by our own BBQ poke, we decided to push our limits once again and create something entirely different.
This poke bowl eats better after being heated up, but can be eaten cold or warm.
